1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Hubb Contabil Accounting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Hubb Contabil Accounting offers specialized services in:

• Accounting for pharmaceutical industries
• ANVISA licensing and regularization (AFE, BPF)
• RADAR Siscomex registration and qualification (Express, Limited, Unlimited)
• Industrial tax incentives consulting
• Tax credit recovery (ICMS, IPI)
• Foreign trade advisory
• Tax planning

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide true, complete and updated information
• Provide necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed in the contract
• Immediately communicate relevant changes in their operation
• Maintain confidentiality of passwords and provided access
• Comply with provided technical recommendations

4. Accounting Responsibilities

Hubb Contabil Accounting commits to:

• Provide services with quality and technical expertise
• Maintain absolute confidentiality about client information
• Meet legal and regulatory deadlines
• Follow the standards of the Regional Accounting Council (CRC)
• Stay updated on tax and regulatory legislation
• Inform the client about relevant changes in legislation

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be established in a specific contract and may include:

• Fixed monthly fee for recurring services
• Project-based amounts for one-time services (ANVISA, RADAR)
• Success fee for tax credit recovery
• Reimbursement of direct expenses (government fees, certifications)

Late payment subjects the client to interest and fines as per current legislation.

6. Deadlines and Delivery

Deadlines for service execution depend on project complexity and complete receipt of documentation. Specific deadlines will be agreed upon in the contract. Delays caused by lack of documentation or client information are not the responsibility of the accounting firm.

7. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between parties is considered confidential and protected by professional accounting confidentiality. We will not disclose your information to third parties, except when required by law or expressly authorized by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hubb Contabil Accounting is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by incorrect information provided by the client
• Decisions of regulatory bodies (ANVISA, Federal Revenue, etc.)
• Unexpected changes in legislation affecting ongoing processes
• Delays caused by third parties (government agencies, notary offices, etc.)
• Indirect damages or loss of profits

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice. The client must settle all amounts due until the termination date. The accounting firm will deliver all client documentation after settlement of pending debts.

10. Intellectual Property

Analyses, reports and methodologies developed by Hubb Contabil Accounting are the intellectual property of the company. The client may use them only for internal purposes.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any issues related to these terms.
