Pick one or combine them all. Whichever route a punch takes, it lands in the same record and comes out in the same document.

Start, lunch, back and finish in one tap. The app shows hours worked, what the day expects and the monthly balance — nobody has to ask HR.

A tablet on the wall becomes a shared time clock. People type a badge number or their tax ID, see their own name confirmed, and the screen resets within seconds for the next one.

On the kiosk, matching is one-to-many: someone walks up and the punch is done, nothing typed. On a personal device it is one-to-one, confirming the punch belongs to the right person.

Forgot to punch? A manager enters it by hand, and the entry is flagged as manual on the timesheet. The document never lies about how a record got there.
Shifts, breaks, tolerance, holidays and absences are set once. After that, the maths is a consequence.
Fixed or rotating, 5×2 or 6×1, with a different schedule per weekday. A shorter Saturday is a different day, not an exception.
Fixed, flexible or none. On a flexible break people go to lunch when they can — there is no such thing as being late back, only the agreed duration.
An append-only ledger: once a month is closed, a correction goes in as an adjustment and history is never rewritten.
Who is working, who went to lunch and who never showed up — right now, without waiting for the close.
A radius around the workplace. Outside it a punch is refused; without a reliable GPS fix the punch goes through — nobody is penalised for phone signal.
A nudge a few minutes before each event, and a follow-up when the punch never came. Three a day at most.
No exporting raw data to assemble a document afterwards. Pick the period, pick the format, the file comes out finished.

The per-employee document a company files for every CLT worker, carrying the reference to Portaria 671 of the Ministry of Labour printed on it.
The contracted schedule, to print and pin to the wall. It reads the shift from the same place the app clock does, so it never disagrees with the timesheet.
For teams with drivers on a route: stops in order, the day’s path and a minimum estimated distance. A delivery is not a punch, and keeping them apart is the point.
And each one comes out as:
This system was built inside an accounting firm to solve an accounting firm’s problem: closing time and attendance for dozens of companies without opening dozens of systems.
Each client is a company with its own tax ID, its own people and its own shifts — and all of them show up in the same panel.
The firm sees the client book; an administrator sees their own company; a manager sees their own team. Nobody sees what is not theirs.
An absence a manager did not handle rises to the company administrator and then to the firm. One notice per person, not thirty.
Who changed what and when, with masked identifiers and two years of history. When a client asks, the answer exists.
Brazil’s LGPD is not a badge in the footer here: it decided how the system was built.
GPS is read at the instant someone clocks in. Never between one punch and the next — there is no continuous tracking and no movement history.
Face recognition runs on your own server, with no third-party cloud, under explicit recorded consent — and always alongside a non-biometric alternative.
Tax IDs and phone numbers are stored encrypted, with blind indexes so they remain searchable. Opening the table reveals nothing.
Location for a year, audit logs for two, attendance records for the legal period. Disposal is automatic — it does not depend on anyone remembering.
The slow part is deciding the shifts. The rest is configuration.
Tax ID, departments, roles and shifts. People are imported in one go from a spreadsheet, not one at a time.
Each person activates their account with their tax ID and picks their own password. Anyone working without a phone uses the kiosk.
At close you generate everyone’s timesheet, check the flagged days and file it. Or schedule the e-mail and never open the panel at all.
And the answers we give before signing, not after.
In most cases yes, and usually without buying hardware: the kiosk runs on any Android tablet the company already owns, and field staff use their own phones. The old clock can stay on through the transition — what counts is the punch that reaches the system.
The timesheet is generated in the format of Portaria 671/2021 of the Ministry of Labour and carries that reference printed on it. It is the per-employee document a company files. We do not emit AFD or AEJ files and we do not integrate with eSocial — if your company depends on those today, talk to us before switching.
They use the kiosk: a fixed tablet where they type a badge number or their tax ID, or simply show their face. No personal app, no device of their own, no data plan required.
No. Location is read at the instant of a punch and at no other moment. There is no movement history, and the geofence, when enabled, exists to refuse a punch made away from the site — not to know where someone is.
Whichever you prefer. If Hubb already handles your payroll, we handle attendance too and you simply receive the documents. If your team wants control, they get the whole panel and we stay on support.
Yes — that is how the product started. An accounting firm sees its entire client book under one login, with each company isolated from the next and each manager seeing only their own team.
Tell us how many people clock in, across how many sites and on which shifts. In the demo we already show the timesheet for your scenario.
We reply the same business day.
